Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Keystone Custom Builders is a Florida Certified Building Contractor, license CBC1265492, and we carry full liability and workers' compensation coverage.
What areas do you build in?
We work across seven Northeast Florida counties: Clay, Putnam, Bradford, Union, St. Johns, Duval and Alachua.
Do I need to own land before we talk?
No. Plenty of our clients come to us while they are still looking, and we can tell you what a given lot will cost to build on before you buy it.
How long does a custom home take?
Most custom homes run roughly nine to fourteen months from permit to move-in, depending on size, site work and how quickly selections are made.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
A one-year comprehensive warranty on the work. Beyond that, we stay available — we treat finishing your project as the start of a long relationship, not the end of one.
